With the guidance of an art tutor, clients experiment with materials and techniques and develop their artistic skills through individual pieces and group projects.

The group offers a relaxed and social environment where members can become fully immersed in art. This is particularly beneficial for emotional health and the development/maintenance of motor skills.

Art Therapy has so many positive effects for the brain and mental health also! Boosting self-esteem, problem solving, concentration, helping with fine motor skills and visual perception.
